Wooden pathway leading to the beach, surrounded by beach grass and shrubs, under a partly cloudy sky.

Sullivan’s Island

A tranquil beach with a variety of restaurants. Parking is ad-hoc along the street, in front of and to the side of people’s homes.

Folly Beach

An urban beach scene with parties day and night although authorities have started to crack down on people drinking on the beach, though people still do it.

Sunset over the ocean with a wooden pier extending into the water, clouds scattered across the sky, and reflections on the wet sandy beach.

Isle of Palms

This is the “Hamptons” of the three beaches and has a little more bustle than Sullivan’s Island. Despite the high real estate standard, the restaurants are medium quality.
